How the fuck do i play .wads? I've tried ZDoom it dosen't work.. I played the game and typed "changemap UACLABS" in the console, but it only says "no map name" or something..
You have to put all ZDoom files into your Doom foulder (where also the other Wads are). Then start Doom95 and on the right side change Game WAD file to "None" and then choose under Episode/Level UAC labs. Thats how I get it started. :)

Wish Doom 3 would have so much monsters in jsut one level but I know then it wouldn´t be a horror game anymore. :) Anyway the level is good I think a just for fun level. I don´t care about WHO made this level if I have fun playing it. Columbine was crazy yeah thats right but when I play I don´t think about it because I just want to play and have fun. I don't think this was made by eric. I've been to his ftp and downloaded all of his maps. I got this map off of D!DOOM which was a disc that had 900 wads made for the original doom and doom 2. It was also a DOOM map editor. >.> I don't think this was made by eric.

I've also played this WAD it's not a bad map there are some secrets to get most of the guns and ammo to kill just about eveything, the whole map is really just a killing spree. There is no other way I could have said that. Imfamous map indeed.

To give credit where it's due, the level does seem pretty interesting, if only as a kind of shooting gallery. It's like "Dead (Not So) Simple". For those of you who don't know, 'Dead Simple' is an actual arena-style level in Doom2. It's too bad that this didn't keep his mind occupied enough to distract from whatever real evil when on in there... :(
It pisses me off that there was a group of people I read about on wikipidia that blamed doom for the columbine shooting JUST because one of the shooters played it and had made levels for it. They were saying crap like that game made him think that killing was ok and stuff like that =(
As videos proved, they had a shooting gallery. Jack Thompson claims they "rehearsed" using Doom, he didn't stop to think the shooting galleries might have offered broader "rehearsal"?
mmm... remember that when the time that he do this there wasn't any ZDOOM or DOOM Builder, so any MAP were made with WADAuthor that was very unstable and very limited with features
Too bad he went through with the shooting. He probably would've been considered a pretty good Doom map maker. I'd have loved to see what he could've done with modern Doom map editors.

Dude... How do you get those wads to work? I loaded em into doomsday engine and it claims that files are missing (They are, Harris himself said in the .txt file that he removed a few un-needed files from the WAD to make it smaller, but it won't run.

I don't think this was made by eric. I've been to his ftp and downloaded all of his maps. I got this map off of D!DOOM which was a disc that had 900 wads made for the original doom and doom 2. It was also a DOOM map editor. >.> I don't think this was made by eric.

It was. If you downloaded it, it comes with his text file. He made it, and made all the sprites have more gore.

Seems more of a trap than anything. I ignored the enemies, grabbed the key, and left. If you don't shoot, the enemies don't teleport in.

I've also played this WAD it's not a bad map there are some secrets to get most of the guns and ammo to kill just about eveything, the whole map is really just a killing spree. There is no other way I could have said that. Imfamous map indeed.

To give credit where it's due, the level does seem pretty interesting, if only as a kind of shooting gallery. It's like "Dead (Not So) Simple". For those of you who don't know, 'Dead Simple' is an actual arena-style level in Doom2. It's too bad that this didn't keep his mind occupied enough to distract from whatever real evil when on in there... :(

It pisses me off that there was a group of people I read about on wikipidia that blamed doom for the columbine shooting JUST because one of the shooters played it and had made levels for it. They were saying crap like that game made him think that killing was ok and stuff like that =(

As videos proved, they had a shooting gallery. Jack Thompson claims they "rehearsed" using Doom, he didn't stop to think the shooting galleries might have offered broader "rehearsal"?

mmm... remember that when the time that he do this there wasn't any ZDOOM or DOOM Builder, so any MAP were made with WADAuthor that was very unstable and very limited with features

Nah, he made Doom UAC Labs and a few other maps. You can look on Snopes for more info. Him making levels based on his school filled with students is the urban legend.
