useless feature in all o/s. Why would I care if all the other windows are minimized if I can maximize the one I need in a single click. I can still see all the other windows on the taskbar. Typical M/S to add useless code to an already bloated new O/S. Win 7 is still crap, better than Vista, more secure than XP.
