They are growing. It is like when a lizard sheds his old skin, their new skin is underneath. I have never caught my Blaptica Dubia in the act of molting, but when I look in my tub I can always see the little white ones.
shedding reallie, if u know anything abouh insects you know that most of them have an outer skeleton..which means they must move out of them (shedding or molting) to grow bigger..

cool video :) When i first got my dubia's i didnt realise they shed, kept seeing little bodies in the tank and thought they were dying :P
