I want to see how fast you is to see if this works. I don't expect you to do like 4.4 in the 40 because you have to be born fast but I expect you to do under 5 seconds.

@babaali9966 Yes, they work if you push yourself and do the workouts CORRECTLY! I started these speed workouts and the ab series workouts this past week and I've never felt this sore in my life. Do these correctly 2-3 times a week and you will notice a difference, guaranteed!
The "Twice the Speed" package consists of 8 pdf booklets with a total of 21 pages of info (some tables of workout routines, nutrition tips... ), and 5 mpeg4 videos, lasting 1 minute, 2 minutes, 5 minutes, 11 minutes and 14 minutes (similar in quality to Jack Cacsio's YouTube clips).
@D6onGPS@xlZacklx Indeed. I've never seen so much bs about running in such a short amount of time (that's 4 videos included). None of these movements are used during actualy running. Adaptation is specific to stimuli. If you want to RUN faster, you have to RUN faster. The only things I think you could benefit from to gain speed is plyometrics and weightlifting... and that's athletes only, unless you want to get hurt pretty fast.
Lool is it so hard to understand this : Do all 4 parts in one workout 2-3 times per week ? Again all parts (all of it)- in one workout ( 1 workout ) 2-3 times in a week ( 2-3 workouts in a week with all of the parts)

@jordan62596 I will release part 3 and 4 very soon and you will do all 4 parts as one workout 2-3 times per week depending on what other activities you currently do.
