  • I want to see how fast you is to see if this works. I don't expect you to do like 4.4 in the 40 because you have to be born fast but I expect you to do under 5 seconds.

  • what if you dont have weights

  • @TheSteve011 you dont need weights, just use something that is a little heavier than you are used to.

  • Started doing this series this past week and I've never been this sore in my life. Thanks Jack for the awesome help. I'm anxious to see the results in my upcoming track season.

  • did anyone actually get the twice the speed workouts?? do they actully work??

  • @babaali9966 Yes, they work if you push yourself and do the workouts CORRECTLY! I started these speed workouts and the ab series workouts this past week and I've never felt this sore in my life. Do these correctly 2-3 times a week and you will notice a difference, guaranteed!

  • @twicethespeed1 I can pop rim two handed should I be able to dunk lol

  • Hey Thanks brother! Keep it up man. Everyone appreciates your Work!

  • Wtf O_O

  • How much faster did you get? Do you run track?

  • dope. im going to incorporate some speed stuff in my next videos.

  • i've been using this programme and can feel results, just interested in any other really explosive type training as im a rugby player

  • You guys know this is BS.

  • @xIZackIx Can you explain why please

  • @D6onGPS @xlZacklx Indeed. I've never seen so much bs about running in such a short amount of time (that's 4 videos included). None of these movements are used during actualy running. Adaptation is specific to stimuli. If you want to RUN faster, you have to RUN faster. The only things I think you could benefit from to gain speed is plyometrics and weightlifting... and that's athletes only, unless you want to get hurt pretty fast.

  • Do all 4 parts in one workout 2-3 times per week.

  • Lool is it so hard to understand this : Do all 4 parts in one workout 2-3 times per week ? Again all parts (all of it)- in one workout ( 1 workout ) 2-3 times in a week ( 2-3 workouts in a week with all of the parts)

  • @jordan62596 Do all 4 parts in one workout 2-3 times per week.

  • how many sets and reps do you need to do?

  • @riceemanjr Do all 4 parts in one workout 2-3 times per week. One time through.
