Per Bloomberg, in Nov. '07 shareholders in the securities industry lost $74B of their equity, yet Wall St. paid out bonuses totaling almost $38 billion. 186,000 brokers/bankers from 5 large securities firms in the US were each awarded an average $201,500 for surviving a year on the phone in a comfortable office. The average 100%disability benefit for a PTSD sufferer is around $2600/mo, +/-. As Wall St. siphons exorbitant profits from this war, desperate soldiers are ignored. This IS criminal.
Thank God this has changed since the Bush administration is gone. Now PTSD is at the forefront of VA healthcare.
