@Gamer7511 it all depends on the gun. im my experiance airsoft hurts more because its smaller which applys more pressure... and their somtimes their are rules on masks. paintball only needs masks so you dont get paint in your eyes. you always need eye protection in airsoft too. but i highlr recomend teeth protection too because it can knock out teeth. over all i preferr airsoft due to realizm, accuracy, and pure fun. please give airsoft a try, and always wear protection. have fun
