  • R U GUYS REALLY SERIOUS !!!! THIS IS A 59 YEAR OLD GENTLEMEN . ISNT THE FACT THAT HES CAPABLE OF THROWING OVER 300 KICKS AND PUNCHES AROUND . HE DOESNT WANT TECHNIQUE , HE WANTS A SWEAT . U WANNA SEE A FIGHTER I HELPED LOOK AT RICO RAMOS ,

U GUYS WILL TALK BAD ABOUT ANY AND EVERYTHING SAD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Please tell the person not to drop his hands down after each punch. You're the trainer.

  • where is this at?

  • He brings his left jab back too low! Easy guy to KO!

  • Man that guy is TOUGH!!!

  • that is amazing stamina, for his age, and for three months training, credit to the gym. btw, i been boxin training twelve months, am 50 next month, and not sure if i could last as long as sisco on pads but would have a good go, ;)

  • hell of a man you got on your hands there

  • looks like it'd keep you healthy and energetic, I don't know if I would use it. Wing chun is another style that I see a lot of older people get into, I've been doing wing tsun (Leung ting lineage) and it makes this seem much slower, but I'm positive that as soon as he finds an opening or lands a solid hit, it's over.

  • respect to him for been able to do that at his age .. guys half his age couldnt go on for that long.. never mind punch

  • very nice ! looks so strong man!

  • What up darnel this is israel...how u beenget at me playa israelangulo80@gmail...im at wild card ...

  • his muay thai is good.but y teach ring style to somone who will never fight in a ring?

i think military style/lerdrit would be better for him.

  • Very nice! At our gym there are also very strong "older" fighters. Muay thai keeps you young!

  • Boxing would be cool, I've done karate since Kingergarden, so 8 years? since i'm in gr.7 , Brown belt finally, Now I'm going for Black belt but got to be 16.. Alittle disappointing but Kinda keeps me in shape =P

  • I'm glad to see older people getting into it. I know a 57 year old BJJ purple belt of Royler's lineage that kickboxes and does BJJ. I respect people who don't let their age get the best of them.

  • looks good. do you have a website?

  • He looks good but his jabs are taking longer because he drops his hands and then has to raise them up again. Other than that he looked solid, great teaching

  • please sir, what is "boxing"

  • how come I've never seen this old man in Broadway maybe he retired?

  • because you don't get up early in the morning bro

  • why you askin if he's feeble? did someone say he was?

  • you should teach your student not to drop his hands.

  • you are a good person

  • yes. Jk, no he looks good...
