HALF OF THE LAWS i have been applying myself to even before i read this... but this has some crazy points, especially about the sacrificing part honestly.. if you Did the following in order
Read the Bible first, then read this, then took some psychedelic drug trip
where you really trip ur Vagina out & come back all spiritual & shit?
this book has a lot of strong points, but if it falls into the wrong hands it can be abused & hurt someone really bad.i first heard about this book from a convicted murderer in prison.i wonder if he took that one law literally the one where it says you must crush your enemy completely.....
ROBERT GREENE is a person that turns people against people mother vs son he is making a humanity mass distruction you are human you have filings than think why war, global economic crisses ?? why cold materialistic people?why a heavy and heavyer life ?? JUST THINK YOU ARE HUMAN FIRST OF ALL
You need to read the book to fully grasp the concepts offered. Gives historic accounts as examples of the correct and incorrect application of the "laws" and you can reference as needed. The audio book, where available, could benefit one as a mantra of sorts to keep the mind focused on what they have learned.. or I suppose if one learns better by listening.. but still I recommend book form.
I had a friend who played these power games. He was always looking for ways to take advantage. Always siding with people I (or others) had problems with. Always looking for opportunities to chip away at anothers credibility or reputation. He covers others in his filth but always appeared spotless to the unaware. Needless to say, he is no longer a friend and exists only as a regret. Always test their claims in possible . Avoid such people - even if you are not their expendable victim.
@Jeorney Agreed. It was through my own acquaintance with one of these people that I was lead to this book. He was psychotic and screwed with my mind like crazy. But after buying this book, I saw what he was doing to me, and I even referenced one of the laws when I ceased our friendship. I may not have liked the book or the experience, but as Nietzsche said, "That which does not kill you makes you stronger." I much prefer to be a moral human being connected to the good, as Socrates saw it.
@Kakarot21591 A lot of them are psychotic. A book like this says it ok to play these games without feeling guilty. People that cannot feel guilt about their actions are psychopaths.
The world is ugly welcome to the truth. The 48 laws of power only touch the surface of what really goes on. The chats of love and peace are lies. The 48 laws of power and books like it are the truth. You can either use it to gain power or use it to recognize someone who is trying to play you.
