im just wondering if this is to learn sign languiage why som uch rhyming and not really to much signing

The signs are being reinforced by visual representations of what each sign is or means. The rhyming is important because language is based on rhythm, so it allows the child to feel the rhythm of the language they're learning. When you combine music/singing/rhyming with signing it increases a child's retention by approximately 90%!

My son loves to watch the Signing Safari video just as much as Baby Einstein! We have been teaching him sign language since he was 4 months old. He is now 10 months and knows the signs for "milk" and "more". It is amazing!!!!
