One big reason they fail to mention is the price of comic books. Average price is $3.99 for a comic book, such as Marvel. How is the younger generation supposed to keep up with these prices if they want to buy various comics?.they are writing less these days. Writers from the past would write a lot and you'd get your moneys worth. Now, you see less effort.. That is just being plain lazy. And they are surprised that comics have declined?? fuck that...its a shame..

Long Live The Dark Knight!!!!!!!! I just started to read Batman, I got issue 698-713 and was sad to hear it is ending. I grew up on knowing Bruce Wayne as the Batman and reading that Dick Grayson was Batman was both surprising and interesting. I hope the new 52 reboot w/ Batman will be as good as the original series. Why did DC even end these big series like Batman or Superman they were doing great but because ppl got tired of who batman really was and screwed up the whole series!
