She sucks. BioWare should get Laura Bailey to voice Shepard or something. Hale as Shepard is a disgrace. She also severly decreased the quality of Bulletstorm with her horrible portrayal of Trischka. As Naomi, she was insufferably hammy in MGS4.

When I started playing Knights of the Old Republic last year, I knew there was something familiar about Bastila's voice. I've been hearing her in all those animations on TV over the years and didn't even know it!
Well, I guess this shouldn't be something that surprising but since I've never realized this, it comes as a bit of a shock at first.
I proudly play as FemShep purely because I'd rather listen to her for three massive games than that idiot they got for the male. But I honestly think the game is much better by playing as a woman. It makes it all the more clever.
Whoa, I knew she did a lot of those already. But it's been such a long time since I played some of those games that I forgot just how different they sound.
She was also Spider Woman in the second season of Iron Man the animated series that was on chanel nine. She was awsome thier to. But wow I really didn't know she was Bastila. The way she played Bastilla really made me connect with her in converstaions, that made the game far more personal then I thought it was going to be.
She was Giganta in the Justice League series as well :D You know, in most of her roles I can tell it's her. The one that always gets me is Bastila. She sounds so different!

Jennifer Hale is one of the best voice actresses I have ever seen, if not THE best. She doesn't typecast, and is genuinely amazing. I mean, she did Erinys in God of War: Ghost of Sparta, Silver Spectre, and the female Shepard. Now THAT is variety.

The idiots at BioWare think that having male Shepard on the cover will attract 'male gamers.' What moron thought of that? I would not have bought Mass Effect or Dragon Age for that matter if we weren't allowed to play females. I don't think calling male Shepard players homosexual is really fair. I play him, but still like the female one better (hell, I'm gonna play the two games again with her and a renegade play just so I can see all of her excellent work).
Jennifer Hale is one of the best voice actresses I have ever seen, if not THE best. She doesn't typecast, and is genuinely amazing. I mean, she did Erinys in God of War: Ghost of Sparta, Silver Spectre, and the female Shepard. Now THAT is variety.

I'm thinking that would better suit you then talking like you have some kind of intellect. On to a new and better topic. Jennifer Hale is an amazing talent and sets a higher bar for voice talent. She manages to capture the leadership qualities and commanding stature of a great character such as Shepard all with her voice. Hats off to you Hale. Good work!

The idiots at BioWare think that having male Shepard on the cover will attract 'male gamers.' What moron thought of that? I would not have bought Mass Effect or Dragon Age for that matter if we weren't allowed to play females. I can guarantee that majority of playing time for male gamers is usually devoted to playing with female characters. But leave it to the ignorant marketing people at BioWare to see thing otherwise.

@Scipionyxsam well for me im a huge gamer and i hadnt even realized who she was until recently. turns out she's voiced many, many characters in video games that ive played since i was young. she made a lot of char. and stories come alive for me. made it more immersible. after watching this, i really respect her range.
