I'd call EMS & have him transported to the hospital to make sure the doctor says he is safe to take to jail. Jailing him in this condition without a medical checkout, then if he dies in jail, is giving a free shot in court to his kin/family. Send an officer with him in the back of the ambulance & Hospital as he is under arrest. When the doctor clears him, ok for jail, otherwise Hospital.

He was faced down in a bed of fire ants and the officers did not even care in fact they did this intentionally knowing that there is an ant bed. I would of sued the Austin Police Department (this is the department that is responsible) if I was that guy. He was faced down in a bed of fire ants and the officers did not even care in fact they did this intentionally knowing that there is an ant bed. These officers should be not only fired but arrested for this. This is not professional. In fact two of three officers got fired and the one that didn't (Christopher Gray who still to this day has no remorse) got a 70 day suspension.

it looks bad but if you had to arrest some ass hole that resist you would probably do the same thing. it's a good thing we have cops out there that are will to take on the challenges of dealing with criminals that resist arrest and harass the cops.
