@JjustinM i think that the word decide or even QB is a little too "strong" in this context! sounds too much like emancipation (btw that's a reason why some guys don't even bother as much as they used to anymore)... I think its more about you guys making the frist steps... you know.. asking us out, trying to kiss and so on. and then WE are the ones "agreeing" to that. And i think that's all she meant.
