  • This is Baba's tribute to Ali Farka Toure.He takes it one step further though! Also on stage with Baba is Afel Bocoum,(far right looking at video),another Malian genius..

    Baba did an 8-concert tour in Ireland last October.Amazing guitarist!He truly is the"Jimi Hendrix of Africa"! Standing ovations everywhere!The highlight was a joint gig with Irish trad musicians in Clarinbridge.That was wild!The music & dancing went on till very early hours!He also has 4 dancers adding to the spectacle.Cool!
