My cousin was diagnosed with this -- but it turned out to be a rare reaction to a glouton allergy that she developed when she was in her 20's. So -- if you are diagnosed with alopecia, try going off glouton and see what happens!

She has grown her hair back after shaving it of to make people think she had cancer to gain sympathy for a failing career and is now back pretending she has alapetia be foe she shaves it all off again so she can do some tv shows about it. If you watch her when she goes on camera you can see she is addicted to being on tv and this is the only way she can.
