You missed one, Get in the brown car that you can drive and find a woman walking by a construction area. try to run her over and the car will make funny noises and start to barf skateboards.

You really shouldn't reduce yourself to using Moon Gravity... if you're a glitch clan at least use glitches to get into other glitches, don't use cheats.
