How long would it take for a plant to grow in something like this? and won't the plant eventually get too big to fit inside the speaker?

Typically, 1-2 months...depending on the plant. It will grow anything much faster than outdoors.

It will not get too big if doing LST.

Thanks...I'm not sure yet. Only because old subwoofer/speaker boxes are so hard to come by for a good price...and many are very heavy to ship as well.

I can custom build you a speaker box grow case, with the terminal cups and all, but it will not be one with the "Yamaha" brand on it like this one.

However, we can make it any size you want, and add whatever options you want on it.

I'd say the biggest limitation to the stealth of these things is if someone bumps into it they will hear the plant and crap tumbling around inside...

The only thing that could be tumbling around inside would be the plant, and that is why we have to options to add a plant stabilization system.

With this system, the plant base is secured with elastic bands and shock dampening material, to prevent any movement during an accidental bump.
