Hi Al. Once again I need help. When I am doing human flag on vertical bar, Im spinning slowly backwards and that stops me holding for longer time. Any advice?
@aimlessignorance I would say that pole isnt croocked and my grip isnt so bad. I train grip using the convict conditioning 2 book. I think it's the position of the body. Not really sure what should I do
@MurtyCZ i have the same problem tho..lol we need a scientist to chime in on this..! but i will say thicker poles like house supports are really hard to stop from spinning on...so maybe thinner bars are the secret? idk, just wanted to help!

@MurtyCZ ive been doin alot more of these workouts in the last few months and have completely transformed myself...if ud like we can exchange vids on our flag poles and c if we can learn something from one another...?
@MurtyCZ I have the exact same problem :l I can't hold a full straight flag on anything yet (only easier progressions) but I can only steady myself on two horizontal bars. When I try the vertical pole I can hold the same but start spinning around it and have to drop off very quickly. I think the problem is as simple as it seems, on a pole there is not as much push and pull on the sides to stop spinning around like on a horizontal bar where we can use our hand strength more to steady us.

@MurtyCZ dry hands and one hell of a grip probly help..and not all poles are level, so maybe ur pole is crooked!lmfao
