Body Fortress is the WORST PROTEIN on the Market. My cousin is a personal trainer and he laughed at me for buying it. All Protein companies basically buy their protein from the same place, its what they add to that makes it better. Body Fortress is basically the bottom of the barrel shit that no one else wants. Yea it is protein, but its not the protein you want, this stuff will make you shit your pants. These guys are big because of their diet, when it comes to protein, you get what you pay for

The Whey Isolate does not have creatine in it, but their standard whey protein does have creatine in it. The only place you'll find that little fact is in the ingredients, buried with the rest, but they want you to think that the shit is amazing. actually these cost more then some. about 77 cents per serving if it was $21. walmart is selling those now for 26 dollars so its about almost a dollar per serving. i just got some elite whey isolate and those are about 50 cents per serving. thats like two scoops for a dollar. although this one offers 30g of protein vs elite 23g per serving. the elite has more aminos. also, i would rather get the original body fortress as those run about $15 but with 26g of protein.
