Thank you "TonbakLover." you are right. Actually, I even found it in radif and started playing it. I think it's really one of the peaks of radif. It has a nice and distinguishable melody.
Zarbe Osoul as "TonbakLover" pointed out is a part of Radif, Dastgah Shour. And this is not the same composition as the one Maestro Alizadeh had arranged for the Zemestan Ast concert, but it is rather the old composition of Maestro Meshkatian with the late Iraj Bastami, may he rest in peace, in the "Mojdeye Bahar" Album, of course with more instrument and a somewhat new arrangment.
But this piece is pretty much the same as one of the pieces in the album of "zemestan ast" which Ostad Alizadeh has composed in Dad o bidad scale. Any idea?
The reason is that both of them have been composed based on "zarb-e-osool" which is part of the Iranian traditional music repertoir (so called "radif")

Great arrangement for the ensemble.

Pedram jan,
It is great that you noticed.
The reason is that both of them have been composed based on "zarb-e-osool" which is part of the Iranian traditional music repertoir (so called "radif")
Hope this helps!
