hey don't hate on him because of how he decides to express himself, and yes, your ear can stretch back at an extremely high size..maybe not this guy's size, but anything above a 0 is a total myth. i've seen alot of friends go well past inch and their ears have all shrunk back down to like a 10 or an 8. i have inch and a half gauges and i'm confident that my ears will shrink back down hella much.

Second of all, depending on who you are, and how large your earlobes are to start off with, your piercing can migrate to a higher than normal position. Wearing a Coke can in your ear is just asking for trouble. The amount of potential bacteria is just asking to get in there and cause irreprible damage.
