Its easy to get around this If u stole a computer if u wanna see what in the H.D plug it in to another computer running LINUX! ..To Get around the bios just buy new FUCKING motherboard or Replace there only $50 bucks on New Egg u Don't want to risk going to Jail! Over $50 BUCKS Also Format the H.D And then delete! ....Also i Don't steal computers I Own 5 Gaming computers But i''m just letting u guys know how easy is to get around this shit!
Vary easy to counter garbag, the only way this would have a remote chance at catching anyone who understands the basics of how a computer works is to use a hidden SMS GPS that can opperate indepentantly and on its on power source.
This software is flawed. First of all you could just reformat the hard drive to erase the software. Second what happens if you have a password for your laptop. Thieves wont be able to access the internet without the password and therefore no tracking is possible. And lastly there is no warranty if the thief cant access the interet
@Lindontt Actually, they would have to remove the HD, wipe it on another device, AND then FLASH the BIOS. They modified the bios specifically for this program. Not hard to do, how many common thieves know how to flash bios?
All you have to do is flash the bios then that program is wipe out. Any laptop that have this service the bios rom is modify by the manufacture specifically to have that program heal it self ( self installation ). To get rid of it go to the laptop brand website and download the new or current bios file and flash it. Trust me when ever this is a PRO, there will be a CON.
