There have been studies after studies showing Whites are genetically smarter than blacks. So no matter what school u sand them to. When u hold blacks to the same standards as whites. The western education system has failed black and white kids in Canada and the U.S it is not preparing them for the global economy and on top of it students in the U.S and Canada cannot compete with people from China and India and now the new emerging markets in Africa. The West in general is on a steady decline into oblivion and economic decay, which starts a with decline in the education system.
I believe this is a form of segregation, I don't see why can't. This. School be privately funded, I'm not canadian but the toronto school system has failed their citizens and tax payers on this.Having a seperate institution for a one culture alienates the interest of society
@riccorich I am from Ontario. This school is purely public funded. It is not a private institution. Black and white leftist activists including many from the state supported post secondary schools ... professors for mutli-cultural issues and such... have lobbied for this. I agree with you that it is wrong and that it is segregation.
@riccorich It can be done by private entities, though they have to be licenced by the state and meet race-sensitive (i.e. racist) conditions to qualify. This provides for religions and minorities to select by their criteria, regardless of, or because of, such considerations as sex, age, race, religion, place of birth, yadayada ... that contradict principles that we once held as fundamental.

I like the intellectual precision and clear thinking in this video. Race is not culture and Africa is a continent of many diverse cultures. Being black does not equate with a singular culture.
