With this newest build, the cars handle MUCH better. The NASCAR cars and the truck all became easier and more stable. Every car on the oval side of the SIMseems to be a little bit tighter, even though Im finding that old setups from previous builds to be looser than they were before.
@0010672 Not really. They do feel loose and require some counter steer to keep them going straight, but I have a lot of seat time in them so maybe I'm just more used to it. Try recalibrating your wheel. What setup are you using? The iR defaults or ones from the forums?
@0010672 No, but I don't think that's a very good wheel. I'm using a G25. It could have something to do with force feedback, you might have that up too high which would cause the wheel to feel jerky on the bumps. Do you have fraps? if you could, make a video to show me what you mean.
@0010672 What wheel are you using? I've always found the cup car to be tight on entry and exit, the only time it wants to spin is when you mash the throttle. The truck needs to be run extremely loose, but the nationwide car feels good.
@0010672 Play with it. You can't mash the gas and expect these cars to not spin with the power they put down. There's also great setups posted on the forums that make them a tad bit easier to drive.
you have to pay for cars and tracks. But it's well worth it. You can spend $250 on all the content if you only plan on doing one type of racing, probably less than that actually.
fuck the 4 car for spining you out
