Good video! OMG if we did this at our nursing home...well the administrator would fire us pronto. We cannot laugh, smile or get to chatty with our folks. Get in, get your work done -in silence!- no emotions to be showed or you are called in to the 'office'. It used to be better with the previous owner...now it sucks...do the families know what's going on?!

Newsflash! Everybody will get their turn. My wife is at the door step with Alzeimers and my heart breaks at the thought of the inevitable but reality is still reality even if we don't like it. Live like today is your last day and the tomorrows will be OK. I am in the retirement planning business to help folks avoid running out of money for living too long. It's a sad day for me when my prospects want to "think about it" and then never do. In Louisiana I'm spreading the word as much as I can.
