Why do the Daleks seem to get all the great evil one-liners here? They're like Darth Vader. Nothing can compete with them. TBH, the Cybermen have always seemed like low-rent Daleks, not to mention they suffer from inconsistent characterization. Daleks, though, were literally evil mecha badasses from the beginning.
