This is not a hoax, it's a true car which already exists in southern France, actually I should say that the first french compressed air engine which worked was invented in the 19th century and it was used on a tramway which worked in the western part of France. There have been many air powered trains, trams, vehicles and mine locos. They were all short range and low power and have all been replaced by better systems such as electric or internal combustion. If you can't do basic engineering calculations you cannot comment.
