I just can't understand how any government of any country can't understand how this is NOT right!! Who in their right mind beats a dog to death, or any animal for that matter!?!?! It's not normal. The nurse killed the dog two days after this video, the dog was hanged on a leash. Then the nurse threw the body in the garden of the building where he lived. The dog was called Lana and two months was being tortured.

In such cases, it will not surprise anyone practicing the same violence that this woman did against Yorkshire. Because the court had not exercised its role at least moral, which would let her spend some time in jail.
You should inform yourself about the laws Sakar specially since in US many states see animal abuse as a misdemeanor and those that do see as felony never enforce It and people pay a fine and avoid jail time specially first time offenders. In regards to the nurse she is losing custody of her child I would say that's harsher than a fine no ?
It's bad enough that people are neglectful, and maybe in a bad mood and then do something abusive to animal, but this is on another level. This woman went out of her way to be malicious and torture the poor creature to its death. To make it worse, she could be raising children to be cruel to animals, which in turn, leads to being cruel to humans too.
If you didn't give birth to a sociopath, well this is how you make one.
