bigmedge :- The earlier XM's (not sure about later ones) explicitly said by the engine words to effect of - not for use in US , Canada-. Not sure why? Maybe they just didnt want to put it through the US crash tests? if they werent selling them there.

Just read yor comment,its the dutch that go mad for xm,dont know why but there real raincoats of xms.and yes some are good others are dam right bad attemps,but the owners think the world of them.
my dad had a citroen coupe with the maserati engine in the 70s (i forgot what the model was called), and i love the fact that xm has stayed true to that very angular & aerodynamic styling.
DOES ANYONE have any idea how i can import one of these bad boys into the usa?
