If you don't want to break your budget and still want DX11, I recommend one or two 5770 cards, they go for 160$ each and two of them perform the same as 5870 for a cheaper price.

First DIRT was a bad joke on consoles:

- 720p.

- 30 fps.

- A multiplayer with no f*cking cars,( only the time of 100 dudes, but no cars on multiplayer: watch it on Gametrailers,

If you still haven´t notice. (which is a sad thing)

PC version Race Driver GRID can be played at 2560 x 1600 with 60 fps minimun: what GRID has to offer at 720p.

AA, loading times, constant framerate and Dx 10 mod (W.I.P.) for the PC version.

Consols are not as bad as you think. you bias piece of shit. so what if they arnt DX10 or DX11. they still produce more games that are thought out and BETTER than what comes on the PC. yeah there are alot of games on the PC but most of the good games are on PS3/Xbox360

Consoles are limited.. You have no modifications what so ever... name me a game from any console that you have played for more than a year.. PC gaming is a real gaming experience especially when you have the oportunity to mod the game and have a diferend if not better experience than the original game. Most of the time you are provided with the tools to do it yourself and you get to c how much thought where put in the game. That is a true gaming experience that is what i believe is to be a gamer

No, dx10 doesn't have full support for dx11. dx11 will allow full utilization of multiple cores and ATi tessellation. It will also come with a new shader technology so the GPU will not only be used for graphics, but also as a parallel processor.

@Omellykim yeah, console games just look ok with this outdated cell processor and nvidia gpu. they run almos 100% of the time and take almost no time or effort to install. what can i say its your choice.

i decided to upgrade my pc for ferrari virtual academy. after a whole night of manual consultation, software downloads, forum reading for problem resolution and almost destroying my case to fit a 520w psu and now feeling a few weeks older, i just wish they had released it for ps3.

@oooodaxteroooo heh i suppose but if you beat around the bush (pun intended lol) psu's are easy to install and picking out the right one is all not to difficult the game looks ok but if you're running it on a pc it looks godly its really some thing you have to see in person but i mean if you sick with ps3 i wont judge really its fine by me like the only game i wish they put on pc would be little big planet that's fun :)

@Omellykim yeah, well i was also looking for the right graphics card that would deliver a decent framerate and still fit in my 4x agp slot. since it had to be quick i of course got a 4650 hd which needs the psu upgrade. problem is, dell-pcs dont like non-dell psus. its way more hassle than putting a bd in my ps3.

and if you think dirt 2 all maxed out looks a lot better than gt5 or dirt2 on ps3 for that matter. well, spend the extra cash, time and money. ;-)
