Not rlly... tell u what if that water hits a person its a loss of a limb and if for some miracle its still attached then the procedure for getting that water out of ur body is worst that the actual accident. Doctors have to leave u open and dry that water out of the wound with cottonballs . Yes, we are not blasting with ozarka.. in most cases the water is highly contaminated specially if working in or near a chemichal plant
