  • great video very helpful, thanks

  • 7-8 hrs? did you have to mop it frequently? Also did you have smoke being produced for the entire time?

    THanks:0

  • @medhist2006 Wood was added the whole time , there may have been a couple half hour gaps.

I didn't use a mop on this and it was fine. I have used a spray bottle with apple juice on ribs and brisket.

  • nice one mate

  • Looks great!

  • my mouth was watering at 0:02..!! haha

  • About 9 hours, or when starts to fall apart.

  • Where did u get that lil pot that holds the wood chips and what is it called as i have a reagualr bbq and want to turn it into a smoker for ribs.

  • You can get a smoker box your hardware store or order online for around $10.You want a box which will fit in your gas grill. It is meant to sit on top of the burners. Try to find a smoker box which is the largest that will fit in your grill because you can add more wood, which means more smoke which will last longer for those grilling parties. Also, you can fit larger wood chips or even chunks in some large smoking boxes. For most smaller boxes, you will need to use only smoking wood chips.

    :)

  • awesome!!!!
