  • Hello! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (google it)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my mate lost a lot of weight with it.

  • Got Insanity yesterday, and just did this workout. Wow. I think I died after I did it.

  • so in the beginning of the workout shaun t says "this is cardio circuit".. and this is the plyometric dvd i put in. is this right or did he say it wrong? Lol

  • @TVpati Don't worry, this is a common question, I don't know about the current materials but when I got Insanity at launch there was a misspelling on the calendar with this workout. To answer your questions, they are the same thing. The plyo DVD is the cardio circuit dvd, or plyometric cardio circuit.

  • does this work

  • @Fuze107 Yes BUT you have to show up and put in the work. Plus focus on the nutrition guide. Nutrition is key to that ripped look.

  • @uosef555 YES!!! insanity is like conditioning for ur sports team but for 2 months!!! u will be in the best shape out there

  • @Dragic6 I totally agree, if you show up and put in the work Insanity will test every boundary you have on yourself. Just keep pushing a little further each workout.

  • You need bands or something.. or just using ur whole body on all Dvd's?

  • Plyometrics Cardio Circuit is on the second day.Fit test>plyometric>cardio power and rezistance and so on

  • the first time i did this workout.. i remember swearing at the tv at shaun t becuase well to me the WARM UP! is a workout on its own! espicially we needa do it 3 times in a row.. this workout is one of my favorites.. it kills you, but you feel so good afterwards, BTW well done :]

  • How do you compare the insanity plyo to the p90x plyo?

  • Man... I'm doing this workout too and it is INTENSE! I just did Cardio Recovery..... I have never sweat so much in my entire life... Fun workout though. Can't wait to see what it's gonna be like once I get into it. I'm pumped! lol

  • This is extremely encouraging, luv it

  • you did p90x first right before insanity? I am not so sure about doing insanity since it is so heavy on the cardio is there much muscle loss you have seen after finishing p90x?

  • this will be tougher than expected, i work in construction...drywall so i sweat and stuff but i need to be fitter HELP?

  • You need better form on your heisman.

  • Me and my friend do it on Skype too. Sometimes a 3-way video call. All working out in our rooms, haha.

  • Is this better than p90x plyometric workout? As in fatburning and calorie burning?

  • Of all people I've seen, you inspire me the most...I really appreciate all your videos and your dedication!

  • LOL!

  • hi am a female and i herd u do skype with ppl on this work out at the momemt am doing the workout watching ur videos but am waiitng for my dvd as wel havnt gt it as yet

  • good cardio , endurance and Fat loss

  • @enta3omry293 It's true, this is a hardcore workout! Thanks for watching =)

  • nice!!

  • hello

I have a question . Is plyometic cardio circuit ( day 2) the same as cardio circuuit day 9?

    anyone please respond

    thanks

  • @monio04 yup its the same. Typo :)

  • My poster is on the back of my door too :]

  • 3:17 HAMMER TIME!!!

  • this is def a great workout but it will kick you butt in the beginning!!

i put up a video similar to this on my facebook for people to see what its like, and everyone laughs and thinks its easy. hahaha yeah until they try it lol.

  • I did both P90x and Insanity. I like Insanity more. It has a lot more cardio and Saun T actually yells and pumps you up. Unlike Tony Horton who does 1/4 the workout and then just comments on everybody else. Either way they both take working out in a different way

  • great job man! keep it up

5:13 I loled at this part.

  • Tony's looks like a walk in the park compared to that shite. good job. hope you're still doing it.

  • i agree i just started p90x and i got freaking tier now im starting insaninty with my cuzin because he said i couldnt do it and i thought since i did p90x (im on day 50) it would easyly be ably to do this i was wrogn

  • okay man maybe you can shed some light on this for me. Why does my Insanity calendar call for "Cardio Circuit" sometimes (which does not exist) and "Plyometric Cardio Circuit" other times? It only calls for the Cardio Circuit a couple times. Is this a typo or something and should I just do the Plyometric Cardio Circuit when is says Cardio Circuit? I hope you or someone out there can answer this question.

  • I was confused too. I believe it's a typo. At the end of the video, well the plyometrics work out, shaun t says this was cardio circuit, blah blah. So do plyometric cardio circuit when it says cardio circuit =)

  • thanks. you were right. a few times throughout the workout he says it is cardio circuit so i guess it is. I am just the kind of person who only does "A" when it says too not "B" or "C". So when it came time for that workout I thought I was missing a DVD. I guess not and I still had a wonderful time. Thanks for your help.

  • Today was day 5, tomorrow day 6 and if anyone want to chat about insanity hit me up lol.

Down 1.4 pounds in 4 days. I actually started at 176 but the second day i weighted in at 174.2 and now i weight 172.8.

  • Man i'd like to keep in touch with you about how it's going. now when you say you started at 176? were you nice pure muscle? or some body fat? a small gut? or..?

    message me or something, thanks

  • You look like you're a good lover LOL.

  • the plyometric cardio circuit is a real eye opener after you've done day one and the fitness test. Day three was amazing and I'm looking forward to tomorrow.

  • This guy is in good shape but I know the feeling everyone he passes out. Thanks to my lungs who can't absorb oxygen and 2 years of running until literally passing out, I was fully prepared for a torturous ride Insanity workout had laid out for me. 4 days and my knees are about to pop out.

  • will this work for a kid around 13

  • yah. but a kid who is 13 and has asthma is not a good idea.

  • You can't lie to yourself...the person who gets ripped is the person who says "I'm going to keep pushing play 'til I die..I wont give up." I don't see that with you. You always lose motivation.

  • well the reason why I am getting this DVD set is because Im an endurance athlete and I play basketball, so this will help out with my leaping ability and also boost stamina, and trim my core, im already in good shape, just looking for more additions, because hopefully in the near future, God willing,

so now, i have the insanity workout, and I will get the tower 200, nintendo wii, and some good resistance bands.

  • good illustration man, now seeing you do it, I am definitely going to get the insanity workout, question how is the abs video, i went through P90X, and actually I workout to my nintendo WII sometimes,

  • Nice work! I think I'm gonna integrate some of the Insanity workouts into my P90X routine. Bring it!

  • HAHA! 4:20 on your video...I know that feeling. I just uploaded mine and it's got some of the SAME poses! Good stuff...Well done dude.

  • Looking good, bud!! Keep it up!

  • LOL when you were stretching I thought the workout was over and thought to myself, I can handle this.....but that was just the warm up!

  • lol u even managed to get tha far ? i cannot even do the second part of the warmup it's too intensive although i know i kept myself from running for over 2 years, this is the price i get, good lungs but shity legs

  • Great job man I see you pushed yourself real hard youll get awesome results!

  • I love these vids that you are doing of you doing your workouts. I have ordered my "Insanity". It's on the way. I'm on Day 60 of my first round of P90X and during Phase 3 I have begun doing a form of doubles. In the mornings I'm doing Interval training (25-30 min runs) to get ready for "Insanity" when I'm done. Keep it up.

  • Good work out and all.. blah blah blah but KILLER multiplication ! I'm not gonna lie I had to check the calculator. LOL Keep it up, Coach! cya on skype.

    Steve

  • Wow you were bringing it big time!! I am not looking forward to day 2 but I know I have to do it LOL!! Continue to dig deeper!!

  • your first round of 90x you you started to get excited about things then it died off really fast and this you are like back to the video's that were like wow to watch so love seeing the energy man.

  • Man you know you have to go back to your 1st round of p90x to see this might excitment in you again.. Like after your

  • Great job Jason! Your form is good. I can definitely hear your breathing, but you don't sound like you're going to die or anything! :)

  • Good Job Man!!

  • My Man Ruddsta!! I was just thinking about you the other day and getting ready to message you!

I haven't heard from you in awhile. How are things going?

  • Thanks for the shoutout buddy! I love that we have this support system right now. Feels fantastic to be able to motivate and push eachother every day man!

  • This kind of brings me joy watching you in as much pain as I go through haha. Try this one with the ankle weights next time:) Brutality!

  • OMG dude I cannot Imagine!

I'm gonna do it! Getting my ankle weights soon =) - Week 2 or 3. I will get the 2.5's like you, not 5's like Mr. Lundy haha, Crazy man!

  • Great improvement since your day 1. You make it look easy, NOT. Hey I know that you are working hard. Harder than I am right now. I need to get on my nikes and JUST DO IT. Keep up the good work. You are doing great with your you tube vid-motivation. I'm starting another round of p90x tonight.Maybe one day I'll be ready for insanity. By the way no one says 'NOT' anymore I know.

  • Looks like a great workout dude. Thinking about taking up swimming myself--here that it's good for the bod.

  • Man this workout rocks - I got so pumped doing it haha.

Swimming is one of the best low-impact cardio workout you could possibly do. Sure your body weight is mostly supported by the water but still you must create resistance to move, the more resistance the harder you work the stronger you get :).

Plus working on your breath over endurance sessions is a huge helper to your cardio/ oxygen strength. Swimming will get you jacked - lean style! =)

  • Though like most workouts as close to perfect form is crucial. Swimming is low-impact in joints but yet it has repetitive motions which could wear out cartilage if you are not properly consuming proper nutrition.

The rotator-cuff being the greatest victim.

Eat Healthy, Execute Near to Perfect Form, Be Consistent but Vary, And Reach for the Stars!

  • I got so pumped up watching your video. I have really been thinking about buying insanity.

You're going to look awesome after this program is over.

    :-)

  • Man your gonna love it! It's straight forward, hard core, no messing around action!

I am in no way dissatisfied with Insanity - can't find anything I don't like.

I have a feeling some huge physical changes will take place over the remaining 53 days, in day 6 I am already destroying my day 1 self... Bring It =)

It's no longer "X Time" now it's "Have an Insane Day" =)
