  • your working out your knees great job bro. Try lowering the weight under full control and then explode up. The entire workout is great though very intense pace.

  • For those who attacked the person instead of providing constructive criticism, why don't you show us a video what YOU can squat. Otherwise, shut up.

  • Nice captnj... for those who are saying slow down and don't lock out... um you've got good form; not just dropping under the weight, your hammy's are pulling you down. As for not locking out, watch some of the biggest squatters (Oly guys and PL's). They lock out at the top... Bbryans?? 10 sets of three @ 145kg (312lbs) with 1.5 mins rest btw is killer density and work; total weight 9360 lbs in @ 15- 20 mins... you're an asshat. Shut your hole, get your head straight and lift...

  • excellent form but yes, i would have to agree with the tempo, and the knees locking out. Just some constructive criticism. I really enjoyed your blogs dude! Im starting the Velocity diet TODAY. woot. peace out and keep lifting hard.

  • also, youre going to blow your knee out with the tempo youre doing for the squats. youre working in the power phase with too much weight. slow your tempo and i bet you wont be able to lift it. your using momentum and you drop down to fast in your squat..

  • youre form sucks and you seem to have reached your limit... go learn more about fitness and you actually get stronger. your legs are small and you probably to do the same routine. in other words, get an education. gym science only takes you so far.
