I don't knock any greeks because they all do great things that other individuals won't, but I can surely tell you that an AKA holds herself to the highest of standards and represents a true lady to the fullest.

I agree, this is a very beautiful tribute..but in my opinion Alpha Kappa Alpha is not what everyone thinks it is. Dont get me wrong, i have a certain amount of respect for any organization that is considered to be part of the divine 9 and while im pretty sure some things have changed within the past year of this organization's growth..its some things that i will never be able to look past.

Nearly ever video on youtube that is about a sorority/Fraternity has at least 2 to 4 people saying that they're a future this or that, they want to pledge this or that, and everything else....if you want it so bad then it's best that you not let anyone no about it, because your chances will be VERY slim..& most, most importantly make sure you have the grade for it too...*i am of no Greek Organization, but i am related to & know people that are & i get my knowledge about this from them..trust*

Hi. I want to say that this video is very beautiful. I have a question regarding on becoming a member. I want to become one however, I previously wanted to become a Delta my freshman year. I am going to a sophomore this upcoming year. One AKA knew about my Delta plans because I tried to get the chapter reactivated along with some other females. I always considered AKA but I wasnt sure. I don't plan of becoming a Delta any longer. Can I still become an AKA although others knew?

Are you in college... if you are an undergraduate you will have to get with the advisor at your school...if you already have graduated, then you might want to find someone in a grad chapter and go from there....great choice though....I LOVE BEING AN AKA!!!!!!!!!!!
