can u run a test with SD Test and see the write speed offbeat micro sdcard? since I found the write speed is too slow from another hands on report.... below 5MB/s.... which is very disappointing.
if you can, please also tell the Micro SD Class.
And feel little bit lag with the official launcher. Could you try to run Launcher Pro on this lovely phone and see if it runs well?
