First of all you are the one creating the emotional 'scarring' by the way you are focusing on whoever you are blaming. Blaming an Other is actually the cause of the emotion, there is no separation. Love knows this and when you push against a sibling, that creates emotional distortion in relationship to Love.

You can attract situations with your thought but you can also be paying from a debt from the past(if you believe on it). When you bless the person and you forgive the person you are actually forgiving yourself. The debt is paid. You just let it go and you won't have to worry about it anymore in now or in the future.
