I agree. I think people jump into relationships so fast and they don't give themselves time to heal from their past one. That's why they bring the old into the new. I use to do it all the time and I realized that I had a build up of damage and baggage. It ruined my last relationship completely (engagement). After that, I spent more time by myself and was just friends with people. Recently, what would've been the start of a new relationship ended. Now I have to take time and heal. Good vid
