When SNSD, fx, shinee, superjunior all become the 'old' sm and new artists come in, are we continue saying 'we miss the old sm'....lets learn to appreciate and enjoy what we have now. in terms of talent, i think the current SM artists are on a whole new level since auditions have gotten much more selective. I have LOTS of respect for HOT,SES,FTTS,Shinhwa as they helped SM become a top label in Korea and paved the road for current SM singers.But usually the old groups consisted of 1 incredible vocalist(kangta,bada,shin hyesung,hwanhee) + filler members(that couldn't sing but had good looks).Current sm artists are better singers and dancers and they are a whole lot taller too.

but i think the owner of sm town is greedy :/. when shinhwa left sm town for good entertainments, the owner of sm town didn't want to let them go, so he sued shinhwa for the name shinhwa as a copyright, but shinhwa won the case and still have the name shinhwa. and when h.o.t. broke up he made kangta and hee jun not talk to the members of jtl cause the owner and jtl had a fight over the contract since jtl was getting paid less that kangta and hee jun
