@PenguinsRule990 The park wasn't shut down because the owners went out of business. It was shut down because of a legal dispute between the owners of the land the park occupied, and the owners of the park itself.

Good news. The Kiddieland roller coaster "The Little Dipper" was bought and rebuilt at Six Flags! At least a part of this park will live on :)

@digimortal43 Moving the log flue to Little Amerricka? More incentive to take my niece and nephew there then. Well... other than going to go ride the Whiskey River Railroad or visit the Merrick Light Railway Equipment Works in the nearby town or Marshall WI. Hm, its cool to see that they're buying some nicer stuff for the amusement park though. Little Amerricka started out with nothing more than the railroad and old carnival rides.

@KamranSH Hopefully I'll get to see the Kiddieland trains at the Hesston Steam Museum later this summer. I'm hoping to stop there on my way up to Grand Rapids and the White Creek Railroad Club for one of their open house weekends. They have an amazing setup on 120 acres, and all of it 7.5 gauge rail (Kiddieland was a 15inch gauge railroad btw).

@KamranSH Almost every ride lives on!! Go to Lake Winnie to ride the Mushrooms or Polyps. Or head to Little Amerikka for the Log Ride. Don't give Six Flags Your Money!!! They have changed the Little Dipper too much. No hand Brake, and seat-belts. No longer a classic coaster. :(

well i noe for 100% dat they ARE makin a costco. they bought land. well was gonnna have golf land 2 but they just end up buyin the whole park. and satuday they are havin people who r gonna buy the rides aka vip party then sunday is where pleople bid to ride the rides for the very last time
