She didn't die yet. later in the 6th season sawyer gets her out but she dies after they kiss. She never comes back in a new form. Everyone in the movie dies in the end. I hate that ending. It shows the plane they get on crash all over and Jack saved the island but he dies from being stabbed.

What will happen is that the bomb sends them back to the original present time. Juliet will be alive, cause Desmond didnt die. Charlotte and Faraday died permanently and will not return.
