But the one question is. when you are driving the CRV does it feel like you are driving a Civic because they are built of the civic platform or does it feel like you are driving a SUV or a van ?

Mine is faster then your moms because I have a manual transmission also. It is fun to drive because it handles like a sports car. It handles very well and rides nice. It isn't a bad car. nice car man, my dad has one too with different options. it does have the manuel. we love it. If you want to improve performace you might want to get a cold air intake installed, it isnt that expensive and is an easy way to improve performance. It also improves fuel economy

Having said that I stop light race against new Mustang V8s and watch them lose to my wagon, some muscle cars. There have been a lot of recalls on Toyota's and Honda's but not Nissans or Subaru's. It's a shame you've given up on foreign cars.

I do know the engineering behind a foreign car. How do you think that a 2.4l 4cly can get 160HP? A GM 3.8 V6 only makes around 200. I can have my opinion, I have grown up around Toyotas and Hondas and I am sick of them. The only Toyota I like is the Land Cruiser and that is the older ones. Both the new Toyota and Honda new cars look bad, are under powered, and are over priced. And I don't know about cams, yeah OK. When you rebuild a car engine, then you come talk to me about camshafts.
