He wakes up not remembering anything (possibly amnesia?), starts playing some of the tapes he see's lying around, remembers how he stalked the prostitute whom he had feelings for, and lastly, goes into "hysteria" out of realizing what he had did to the girl he loved. This "could" make the songs theme about how he misses the girl he cared for, even though she hurt him.
