Not really, since both those releases are still in print. When I think of "rare", it's the songs that were probably never for sale at any time. What I have in mind are the songs that Bill Leeb put out on his early demo tapes, and the tracks that appeared on music sampler tapes/records from obscure industrial music magazines, and so forth. Basically, music that was released only once many years ago, but disappeared soon thereafter, and was forgotten.
