  • lol amazing guitarists, but super awkward explainers ahha

  • lol. That was MY solo. Most interesting part... Arrogant fucker, I like him. :)

  • one of the craziest solos.

    please crhis, STAY METAL!

  • most of arch enemy solos are a bit boring, i like thier riffs more

  • stay metal they Arch enemy

  • Stay metal ;)

  • laaaag, aww :(

  • i've touched chris amotts hand! and he gave me two of hes guitar picks! :D:D

  • This is why i I feel that Arch Enemy is a very good band. Both Michael and Chris are good in different sense. And they are not overpowering each other at all. Unlike other bands out there where there is a big distinction between the lead and the rhythm guy.

  • @RachelFuryRocks same but honestly its just 100% dedication and practice, its not impossible for anyone to play like that :)

  • These guys are great to watch, even when there not playing guitar. Very fun dudes.

  • i think u gaara have large fingers to play like those men... damn¡

  • What Amps are they using. Are they solid state amps or the tube ones??

  • Does anybody know were I can fined Michael's & Christopher's solo tab? and whats the tuning, whats the equipment that Michael is using? If you know any of these answers please upload a comment. Thank you.

  • @Guitars11654 try ultimate guitar for the tabs, and michael amott uses his dean tyrant signature now and they play in drop C tuning, for effects u can search wiki, it has all the info on his gear but cant really say about the amps they're playin on in this vid

  • @TerrorBlade84 thanks i am pursuing this!!!!!!!

  • i love the way these guys play harmonies like 7:38-7:52. chris is playing the lower third then he played the higher thirds. awesome

  • lol 0.27 ^^ he bumped his guitar on the mic

  • great videos !

  • prety cool..

  • ok i understand you

    but i am from colombia

por esto no entendi del todo el video jejeje

  • la totale ????? where is this song

  • actualy this is from a french magazine and "la totale" means "the whole song", so yeah it's not an Arch Enemy song,it's just that they play blood on yours till the end.

    I hope you understand me...

  • @cobarethebest it is blood on your hands by them actually.

  • @panderisu This songs called "Blood on your hands" and can be found on Arch Enemy's 2007 album "Rise of the tyrant"

  • The most original thing about Michael is that he's using classical effects for blues and boosts the ts808 overdrive so much that it sounds much heavier than most metal distortions.

  • freaking awesome

  • is he using the zakk wylde wah lol?

  • He uses loads of different wahs

  • Wow...Arch Enemy sounds awesome, without the singer

  • definetely the 2 best guitarists in the world from one of the best bands!!!! Amott bros rule!!!

  • Undoubtedly two of the best guitarists ever

  • my favorite band....

  • And my favourite guitarists. michael inspired me to play guitar.

  • Chris almost falls of his chair at 0:27

  • @zirkonflex his guitar gets stuck at the mic stand.

  • lol, didnt notice that at first!

  • hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh i didn't notice hahaha nice!!

  • just to make one thing crystal clear - I see absolutely no distortion pedals there of any kind, are they using amp distortion there?

cus the sound is still so arch enemy and so great

  • who cares what amps they are using, their guitars are responsible for the sound

  • Errh... Not... All of their sound comes from amps... Without them it would only be that lame "cling" sound if you're only using the guitar, nothing else.

If you got a guitar at home, try to make that sound without amps. It's impossible...

But the amps are only mentoned because the firms gets good advertisement out of it.

  • thats your opinion, but i've had a line6 transistor head, a fender combo amp, & a mesa boogie triple rec. but when i played all of those with my 2 guitars (a 300$ ibanez with stock pick ups, and a 800$ ibanez w/ real seymour duncans) you were able to hear the cheap guitar on all 3 amps, no matter what the settings

  • lol

i think you were trying to explain to me that their guitars are amplified by their amps lol, i know that, what i mean is that ppl here wre arguing about the amps in this video, i was stating that the QUALITY of their sound is because of their guitars, no matter what amps arch enemy uses

  • Ow yeah, that makes better sence x)

  • Crumpkadumpadump-Crumpkadumpadump

  • anyone knows what amps they are using in this video?! (on the floor)

it sounds so Fucking heavy! almost album like!!!

  • I FUCKIN loved the 'STAY METAL' In the End XD

  • 2:55 I think the wah pedal is switched off...! :-P We love Michael and Crishstopher!

  • sure seems like it!

  • wow... these guys really like UFO and michael shenker. i never noticed it until i heard chris's solo

  • The first riff is epic

  • simply the best twin guitars

  • these guys are great guitarists but they never really seem to know what they are talking about haha. its kinda funny.

  • i think that they know what they're talking about but just don't know how to formulate it

    (nothing against you)

  • Anyone can tell me what their small amps are, these sound quite nicely i'm pouzzled !?

  • must be randall amps... i think those are the G3+ combos... not sure though... :)

  • Na line 6 spiders.

  • Christopher Amott :)

  • whos is best u think michael or chris?

i think michael way more cooler than chris

    but chris is awesome too

  • They are just different.

Chris solos are more technical but michael solos are more melodic.

    Both made Arch Enemy =)

  • Comment removed

  • thats whay he said! and whats technicakl mean? no 1 told me

  • Pretty muchhh

  • He doesn't even remember the name of the song?! XD

  • that initial divebomby thing in front of the solo at 0:08 is absolutely stunning!

  • Divebomb in C it's AMAZING.

  • They're definitely line6 amps they are playing. Fine for practice but you'd never catch them using them on stage..

  • they are the best

    and michael is very cool

  • Michael soulds like a really cool guy in all of his interviews.

  • "Stay Metal!"

  • That sound comes definitely from Line 6 Spider. It's a cheap amp but pretty cool at low volumes ^^

  • fuck yea! i got a line 6 spider III ...75 watt, not that huge but its a fucking awesome amp, over 400 presets of distortions, etc... \m/

  • Does anyone know what kind of practice amps those are? Damn they sound good.

  • microcube`s i believe their called...

  • Na its spider line 6.

  • Yeah from what I know they like the Roland Cubes.

  • Cool thanks. It does look like a Line 6 behind his leg at 3:06. But I got a microcube, that thing rocks.

  • this is... breathtaking!

i dont get how somebody can sit at home and create something like this. :D great.

  • i kno man, they r so gifted at wat they do.

  • dude wtf michael's tone is way too good to be coming out of that practice amp lol

  • I think michael could just about plug into any amp and sound good. His guitars sound AMAZING, and a lot of tone is in the hands, and michael knows how to get good tone from his bands.

  • Best Guitarists, Nice Vid
