Jct: This is the ideal way to get a community currency started. Since no one likes being in the negative, most LETS Timebank members would rather earn before spending but someone has to spend first. Having a store where members can drop off goods lets them leave in the positive and the store in the negative holding the goods. So that hesitation to spend is countered. Well done. Auckland Australia was the only other LETS that allowed members to drop off stuff at their consignment store! Bravo!
