A prophet, by definition is one who comes with a message which is not his own (the Arabic word for prophet, Rasul means "the sent one"). Consequently, in order to give meaning to the message, there needs to be a sender

Quran is always written & best of all it is memorized. 1 out of 6 Muslims memorize the full book. And every Muslim memorizes a part of it. It is because numerous aberrations from the standard Quranic text are found in all of these older manuscripts. Such aberrations, though not surprising to textual historians, are troublingly at odds with the orthodox Muslim claims that the Quran has reached us today exactly as it "came down" to Muhammad without a dot missing.

About Quran we have the oldest copy in museum in Turkey COLLECTED 17 years after the death of Prophet Muhammad. Also Quran was written and most of all memorized by the prophet. .
