This is authintic. This was shot by two Italian film makers in the Congo in 1964. The entire movie is called Africa Addio (Farewell Africa).

The mercenaries were part of one of the Commando's set up by Lt. Col. Mike Hoare who was hited by Tshombe to help put down the Simba revolt in the Esat and South of Congo. I am not sure which unit these men are with, but given the english spoken I would guess thye were part of Mike's very own No. 5 Commando mostly made up of Rhodesians
