"Please read the description" When people see this sentence they already read it, right? The description that is... Not very smart was it?
You should put "Please read the description" in the video using the captions feature for example if you care to know how to use it go to the video edit. Cheers
@collector2002 Good tip. Although I don't really care about my Youtube account as much as some of my other online accounts, I will take that into consideration.
I just figured that most people did that because I always read the description before I watch a video. Plus captions are quite annoying sometimes...
rust from condensation on your strut/shock bars(like brake pads after the car has sat for a couple of days) most likely. Give them a good compound rubbing and re-grease them, see if that fixes it.
i have a 2001 golf tdi 130cv tiptronic two months ago it began to make exactly the same noise... the car runs great but every month breaks something... good luck
have the exact same prob! except mine is a 1995 geo metro! weird, i'll take a look at it tomorrow

Makes me think of that trillville song with the bed springs

It takes talent to make your suspension sound like rusty bed springs.. even if it is just the dust shield.

About noice...i think its a 99% spring(s)

@DEBESMANNAX Well, you're wrong. It was the dust shield rubbing the lower control arm during compression on that side. Looks like that 1% mattered.

If it is the dust shield you should hear it whenever the suspension moves about... I don't know what to tell you man.
