  • There is no feeling like walking into a record store and flipping through thousands of records. The only difference between my style of collecting and yours is im a bargain hunter, i can spend ages looking through the the 1 dollar bins haha

  • I stumbled onto this video yesterday and go to my record store today and find Cosmogramma. Thanks to your video I didn't hesitate to purchase it. I'm quite pleased with it. Thank You

  • lol fly lo and trance in one sentence O_O

  • Fly Lo is great.

  • Not into ur style of music, but I love collecting. And compared to beatle album people, you r way better at presentation

  • Nice collection. Please check out some of my record videos!

  • I totaly agree, it's defin addictive!

  • you don't have to explain,i know exactly what you mean.

  • whats bc? :)

  • @JosephODonnellMusic British Columbia; it's a province in Canada, haha!

  • @dhanycz sorry, i didnt know, im english :P

  • I'm probably about 35 years older than you Dan. I can assure you that the addiction never stops or ends (:->

  • @bluenazz i'm glad to hear that as well NAZZ,i would hate to think of my life without vinyl.

  • Great video. Think I'll pick up that Flying Lotus album this week knowing now that Warp doesn't press albums for that long. It's unfortunate too. Out of all the record labels.

  • @MonMccool123 Good call, it's a GREAT record, and you don't want to be paying $100+ for it in a year or two.

  • Exactly Right! It is a total addiction! There is really some kind of chemical satisfaction/ drive in the brain that developes within serious collectors which is a compelling need to go and buy vinyl. Even more than actually listening to it. I actually releave a TON of stress just by staring at stacks of vinyl. Kind of sick but true. It is truly a compultion that can get/ gets out of hand sometimes. I can't tell you how stressful it is to go into a store and come out empty handed.

  • @mrhoffame : Once again my friend we agree something else. It's unbelievably painful to walk in a record/thrift store and not find SOMETHING! Some women can't go in a department store and leave without buying a pair of shoes or a handbag or makeup, I can't go to a place where there's vinyl and not pick up stuff. I don't even have to love what I bought, I just have to buy something on wax! LOL
